Updated Onsite Attendance Form

Dear Parents/Carers,

In line with the updated Department of Education Guidelines, please find the updated onsite attendance form that is now required for your children to attend onsite.

As with previous forms, we will need  this to be filled out and emailed back to the Cranbourne Carlisle email address cranbourne.carlisle.ps@education.vic.gov.au by the end of business each Thursday.

You do not need to fill in an updated form for this current week if you have already done so.
