FD | Sustained Reading

Today we had our first sustained reading session. This is when the children sit quietly and read books from their individual book boxes. They each have a whisper phone that they can speak into so the room remains quiet. We are timing how long we can remain quiet and read as a class and today our time was 50 seconds!
